An absolutely amazing week with a great bunch of people. The staff were fantastic and enthusiastic. We had a lot of activities planned but also plenty of free time to explore as we wanted or to relax. Would strongly recommend to anyone interested in outdoor activity or wanting to push their comfort zones a bit!

The Finnish wilderness week was sensational from start to ‘Finnish’ . Brilliant staff at Basecamp, lovely clean facilities, great food. Activities were fun, great balance between activities and free time that allowed opportunity to just relax in the spa& sauna or go out exploring the wilderness. Would recommend this to anyone love love loved it !!!

Thank you all at NUT for your excellent service, with special commendation to Tangwei for his outstanding help, responsiveness and friendliness in organising and maximising our itinerary patiently and efficiently to make our postponed trip from 2020 not only possible but a most enjoyable and memorable one. He also went out of his way to help us resolve issues such as with our last minute alternative flight n hotel bookings following the rail strike. We also appreciated your friendly guides especially Chris of Greece. An area of improvement would be for guides to have basic knowledge and information to share about the history, background or features of the places visited. Also accommodation with lifts (Hotel Aarkenus did not have any but was otherwise ok) would be helpful for older guests and those with heavy luggage. All said, we are impressed with NUT's integrity and reliability and will not hesitate to recommend to others!

We booked the Husky ‘tour’ which took exactly 2 minutes for 322 euro’s. With dropoff and everything it took 45 minutes. On the website it says 2,5 hours. It was extremely dissapointing. If I could give it - 5 stars, I would do that. Don’t book it with Unique Travel, book it somewhere else.

The tours and hotel stay were excelent. The staff and tour guides were very friendly, caring and bent over backwards to help. All the tours and transfers were timed to perfection, no one was late.

Das Hotel und der Transport vom/zum Flughafen und der Ausflug zum Santa-Claus-Village haben gut geklappt. Es gab jedoch keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort um weitere Ausflüge zu buchen wie im Flyer versprochen. Ich war komplett auf mich allein gestellt, daher hätte ich mir Transport und Hotel auch selbst buchen können. Nach hin und her telefoniererei und schreiben bei WhatsApp mit der angegebenen Emergency-Nr nach meiner ankunft im hotel wurde mir eine Tour für den nächsten morgen von On the Tours / Easytravel organisiert. Ich wurde vom gleichen Fahrer abgeholt wie einen tag früher vom Flughafen. Ich bin eine Frau die allein verreist ist und er hat ganz offensiv versucht, ein date mit mir zu vereinbaren. Immer wieder kam er auf der Tour zu mir um mir irgendwelche privaten Touren zu organisieren und auf dem Rückweg zum Hotel hat er, obwohl wir schon an meinem Hotel vorbeigekommen waren, erst alle anderen Personen der Tour weggebracht um am Schluss mit mir allein im Auto zu sein und mir "tolle Aussichtspunkte" zu zeigen. Ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt und verneint. Hätte ich gewusst, dass ich eh keine Ansprechpartner vor Ort habe, hätte ich alles allein gebucht. Zum Glück gab es in Levi ein kompetentes Unternehmen, bei dem ich meine weiteren Touren buchen konnte, ohne belästigt zu werden.

Hi... Home too soon and reflecting on how great our trip with Intrepid was. We usually make our own arrangements when we travel. Though older, we do NOT enjoy the big bus experience. However, as we slip into our 70s, it's tougher to arrange all complexities of a trip. Since we are explorers at heart, we thought we'd try a small group trip. So...signed onto Scandinavia Explorer with Intrepid. How wonderful to be so independent yet not have to make all the arrangements. Hrvoje, our guide, was a walking encyclopedia about the sites and both fun and informative. And enjoyed meeting an Aussie lady to share our experiences. A very relaxed sort of trip. We will book another. So 5 stars!!! A little disappointed about the bike ride cancellation, but soon realized that street construction and other circumstances were the cause. One tip, however. On the small cruise part of our trip, we ended up in separate rooms. Not our guide's fault (he was the best), but perhaps with prior forewarning, we could've paid a little supplement to be in the same room even with separate single beds. We've been all around the world yet found ourselves wide-eyed with discoveries on this trip. Small trips like this allow one to meet the locals, too. Can't believe it's over. Although memories aren't. Thank you. What a charming almost fairy tale intro to Norway, Sweden, and Finland! Tom and Sherry Miller from U.S.A.

The first part of the tour, from Vilnius to Riga was good. The tour programme was as marketed and the tour leader was informative. The dinner in Riga was good. Nevertheless, we had a new tour guide in Tallin and she only coverrd a half day programme. For the dinner somebody came and guide us to the Maikravh resto and left us alone to go back to hotel. As the hotel was quite a distance from the old town so we have to look for taxis by our own. The dinner was disappointed, we were the only guest in the keller restaurant and the food was aweful, let aline the way they served the dinner. It was served in a plate in which we had to share.. So it was not worth for the price we paid. The ferry trip was surprising as there was no information in advance about the ferry condition. It was aweful for us who dont have any experiences to take ferry. The programme in Tallinn and Helsinki was not as offered.

The Baltics are beautiful and fascinating places. Our tour leader, Janis, was knowledgeable, helpful, and positive. Hotels were comfortable, clean, and centrally located. Driving was safe. A couple of suggestions for improvement: (1) spend longer times at each place. I understand it's a short trip, relatively speaking, but it would have benefitted from additional time at each stop, especially in the more historically interesting places. (2) larger/more comfortable transportation. Minibus seats can be small and constraining without much room for personal items. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable trip, and I would recommend it to others.

Alles war sehr gut organisiert. Auch Vorinfos und Erinnerungen waren prima.

Love the trip, enjoyed everything.

Everything about this trip was incredible - the landscape, snoeshowing, Finnish saunas, the culture, and even our Guides! You cover a lot of ground snoeshowing, so this isn't for the fainthearted, but it is definitely worth it! For me it would have been better without the cabins with no electricity/running water, but you know what you are getting into at least! And it didn't spoil the experience in any way. Overall, a brilliant trip, would highly, highly recommend.

Great to be able to take our time visiting the amazing wildernesses of Finland.

This tour was perfect for us. It offered lots of flexibility for side excursions and just the right blend of being with a guide or exploring some areas on our own. Our guide, Elina from Baltic Events was very knowledgeable and talented at communicating in a relaxed and interested manner. She even spoke fluent German, Spanish, English and her native Latvian while ensuring all questions were answered and all members of the group were engaged. The transportation was very comfortable and punctual and hotel rooms were comfortable and well located for walking to city centers. The changed dates due to Covid19 were managed smoothly and the cost was a great value. We would definitely use them again.

Definitely worthy! Our tour guide was very helpful and thoughtful. He gave us a lot of suggestion, which make the journey best. When northern light is on, he is the first person who ran to knock our door! The activities were very in-depth experience, with a big diversity. The itinerary strictly complied with what we saw online, making everything very organised. Mini-bus was very convenient, especially when it's in chilly snowy windy winter. In one word, it's fantastic!

This was our first tour with Globus. We had 44 people on the tour. Twice the number we are used to with other tour companies we have used. The tour was good. We enjoyed visiting five new countries and their capitols. (We took the excursion to Tallin in Estonia). The overnight ferry from Stockholm to Helsinki was outstanding. We did two other excursions that were not worth the time or money due to the local guides used. Overall we enjoyed the tour but way too many people. I asked Globus ahead of time for the number of people on the tour and they did not tell us. In the end we will not use Globus again!

We had very bad rooms on board the cruise and couldn’t seem due to noise. We have feedback directly yo globus.
