Questions & Answers
Is the international flight from my country included in the tour?
Europamundo's services, for the most part, are land operated and do not include the flights at the beginning or end of the tour.
What are the luggage restrictions?
The area that holds the luggage is limited in the coaches used in our regular group circuits which forces us to allow you one suitcase (up to 30kg).
Hand luggage needs to be small and capable of being stored safely beneath the seat as there is no space intended for this purpose.
Hand luggage is the sole responsibility of the passenger throughout the trip, look after your property at all times.Can I share my room with someone else?
If you travel alone, you can avoid the single supplement by opting to share a room with a same-gendered traveler by paying a fee of 35€ (40$). We will find a roommate, not necessarily the same age, to share a twin room. Minipacks are excluded, i.e., packs with islands (Greek or Cruise travel) as well as in the Middle East, Asia (ex Japan, Korea, and China), Africa, and Oceania. Extra tour nights are excluded. Travel sector, reservations to share will be accepted only with a minimum of 7 hotel nights.
Where are our hotels located?
We have selected hotels that offer comfort and allow you to enjoy the city in which you are located. Although there are differences in terms of comfort and location depending on the series offered, hotels are always (except for special circumstances) in the cities where you are going to, sometimes central, other times near the center, and in other cases in more peripheral, but always connected with public transport to the city center. Our routes provide you with an excellent price/quality ratio.
What meals are included?
Most trips include breakfast, but other meals are often not included. If you have any type of allergy or some type of special food regime, you should inform your travel agency. However, this will be on request since we cannot guarantee it since we have established menus and they go according to the gastronomic customs of the country.
