Hi Heather, thank you for your great review. I guess the tour was adapted due to the heatwave, as I remember this route as being scenic and not along a highway. Adaptations often mean improvising, for the crew and the guides,, and then stops can be different. IHi Heather, Thank you for your wonderful review! The Canadian Government warned peoplefor the possibilities of delays due to possible cancellation of flights and fuel shortage. Our guests pay a non- refundable deposit of 20% of the tourcosts. All our guests come from USA,Canada,AUS, NZ. Around 8 to 6 months before the tour starts, it is already too late to get other guests to book. We did try, but it did not work. The cancellation policy has been followed. We advise our.guests to take care of cancellation insurence. In this situation probably only a "cancel for any reason" insurance would have worked. would have worked. Moving a deposit forward is not making up for losing the booking this year - VM
