Regarding Junita’s review, we would like to clarify a few points for future travelers. Junita was booked on one of our travel packages. With our packages, guides accompany guests on all scheduled activities. Outside of those activities, guests are free to explore and enjoy their time as they wish — something most of our travelers truly appreciate. The individual she referred to as a “guide” was actually the hotel manager and yes he was overseas when she reached out to him on whatsapp. He was simply assisting with communication between her and the hotel team to clarify activity options and logistics. Concerning the resort day trip: this was initially unavailable due to unfavorable weather conditions. Additionally, there were not enough participants at that time to make the shared speedboat departure financially viable. We always prioritize safety, particularly in rough sea conditions. A private speedboat could have been arranged at an additional cost; however, given the weather, this would still have involved traveling in challenging conditions. While we frequently operate resort day trips from Rasdhoo, departures can never be fully guaranteed due to weather and safety considerations. For travelers who prefer a more predictable resort day trip schedule, we typically recommend our Maafushi 4-Day Travel Package, which can also be extended to 7 days or longer. Travel — especially on local islands — can involve variables beyond anyone’s control, such as weather and sea conditions. The vast majority of our guests are very understanding of these realities. We encourage future travelers to read our many other reviews, most of which are 5-star experiences highlighting satisfaction with both our tours and travel packages. Thank you.

Thank you Sherie! Happy to hear you enjoyed your stay. Yes our hotel was so brand new that there was a couple kinks such as the wifi and keys, but it was all sorted out, and from here on everything is running smooth. A new hotel for our tours is big PLUS :). happy to hear you enjoyed the tour!

Hi Chelsea. All hotels rooms on the local islands are fairly small but normally our customers never ever complain about it. In Maldives you're not there to sit inside of a room anyways, you're out to explore and enjoy the day, realistically you're only using your room to shower and sleep. Our hotel rooms have great reviews from other customers and unbelievably nice views of the balcony and delicious food. It's too bad that you left a poor review because of the size of your room. Anyways, customers can read our other reviews as most / if not all customers love our hotels :)
