Dear Emanuel, thank you very much for your feedback regards our multi-day excursion package. Indeed, as in our description, the tours are extended half-day tours except for the Gozo tour. We feel in this way we give a bit more freedom to our guests to explore separately from the group in their own peace our island. Glad that you find our pick up times convenient and hope that you got valuable information from our tour guides during your stay, and enjoyed our small Mediterranean gem. Our other tours include a 4 stars accommodation, but not the one you booked this time. Anyhow, I am sorry that the establishment of what you choose and arranged separately from our service didn't fulfil your expectation and you rated poorly. Hope it will not hold you back to visit Malta again and enjoy our country rich history, beaches and culture. Once again, thanks for taking the time for the review.
