Several of your recommendations are excellent and have already been noted. Regarding the specific concerns you raised, we would like to provide some additional context. The breakfast issue in Tangier resulted from a misunderstanding with the hotel. We had informed the property that breakfast was included in your reservation, and once the mistake was brought to our attention, the charge was refunded. While the situation was inconvenient, it was resolved immediately. Regarding the hotel in Fes, the credit card terminal was unfortunately out of service during your stay. We understand this was frustrating, particularly as the hotel’s website indicates that card payments are normally accepted. We have since followed up with the hotel to encourage clearer communication whenever such technical issues arise. Concerning Eden Sahara Camp, luxury camps located deep in the Sahara operate under very different conditions from conventional hotels. These camps are entirely powered by solar energy, with no connection to the national electricity grid. Air conditioning is therefore managed carefully during the daytime to ensure sufficient battery capacity for the evening and overnight, when all guests require electricity. This operational limitation applies to virtually all luxury camps with A/C. That said, we have discussed your experience with the camp management, as guest comfort and clear communication should always remain a priority. Regarding the Berber experience, the itinerary clearly describes this activity as traditional tea with a local family rather than lunch. Lunch is therefore not included on that day, and we strive to ensure our itineraries accurately describe what is included throughout the tour. Finally, we acknowledge your comment regarding the driver’s level of commentary during the journey. While our drivers are professional chauffeurs rather than licensed city guides, we do expect them to share useful information throughout the tour, and your feedback has been taken on board.
