We operate as a white-label platform. Your members see your brand throughout the discovery, booking, and post-trip experience. TourRadar is never surfaced to your members - we power the experience behind the scenes, handle operator relationships, payments, and reconciliation, and provide your loyalty team with the data they need.
You define the earn and burn rules - TourRadar enforces them on the platform. At the time of booking, members are shown exactly how many points they will earn, and how many they can redeem. Any remaining balance is settled securely by card or wallet. We send your loyalty team the data they need to credit or debit accounts, automatically, after each booking and after each trip ends.
Never. Your members are yours. TourRadar does not re-market to them, does not communicate with them outside the booking experience you have agreed to, and does not use their data for any purpose other than fulfilling the booking. Every document, itinerary, and communication goes out under your brand.
After each new booking and after each trip completes, TourRadar automatically delivers the reconciliation data your loyalty team requires - booking references, member identifiers, spend amounts, points earned or burned, and trip completion status. The format and delivery method are agreed during onboarding. There is no manual export required.
TourRadar holds member payments in segregated escrow accounts and settles directly with each operator - you are never in the payment flow between member and operator. We have local entities and payment processors in Australia, Canada, the EU, and the US, enabling local currency transactions and compliance.
