"Tour Operator: Hajjat Tours and Travel, We, 4 US citizens did not exactly take this whole tour due to the war next door. We customized the tour to be just in Jordan. In addition, we changed our 2-night accommodations from Dead Sea to Amman hotel. The owner, Farouq Hajjat of Hajjat was flexible enough to accommodate it without extra charge. Then, we were not done, changed mind again when the war situation was getting tense. We asked for refund to cut 3-post accommodation days. (I have not heard from Farouq but let’s see. I will update. ). So far, for its cooperation, I really really recommend the Jordan tour company, Hajjat Tours and Travel. Hotel: Hajjat set us in the hotel named “Gerasa”. The rooms are clean with white towels. The hotel provided a large water bottle daily. The most impressive are daily meals. The tour package included HB meal plan which provided breakfasts and dinners. The food is very delicious especially dinner with moist chicken, fish and beef dishes. I recommend Gerasa hotel as well. Driver: Abdullah Hamed Kudos to our driver Abdullah Hamed who did the communication between Farouq and us to make changes multiple times. Abdullah was never late in picking us up. When we returned a whole hour late from Petra walking, he was very patient. I greatly recommend freelance driver Abdullah for good communication/English, patience, cooperation and safe driving."
