The giveaway is sponsored by TourRadar and Europamundo and allows travel agents to enter for a chance to win the following tour or gift cards. Registered agents who attend TourRadar’s hosted webinar on the 15th of May, 2024 will be included in a raffle draw. The Winners of the free tour and gift cards will be announced on the 3rd of June, 2024.

The winner must redeem the prize before 31.12.2024 and travel by 31.03.2025.

The prizes do not include any additional flights or means of transportation other than what is provided by the tour operator, flight partner and what is mentioned in the trip notes. Please note that this prize is non-transferable, has no redeemable cash value and is open to all travelers from 18 to 90 years old. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO ENTER. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Campaign Period and Winner Selection

The campaign starts at 9:00 AM EST 01.05.2024 and ends at 9:00 PM EST 31.05.2024. TourRadar will select one (1) entry for the Europamundo tour and twenty (20) entries for the Amazon gift cards in a random drawing from among all valid entries received during the Campaign Period. The winners will be contacted by one of our staff and the announcement of the winner will be made within 7 days after the campaign ends. TourRadar’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Campaign and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign. Good luck! THE ELIGIBILITY OF ALL POTENTIAL Campaign WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CAMPAIGN. Travel agent rates and terms and conditions

Travel Agents Discounts: Depending on the tour chosen, the discount will vary 
EUROPAMUNDO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE (DATE SPECIFIC), discounts cannot be granted on peak demand dates:
Holy Week: 01 -15 July & 01 September - 31 October
Special Events: including Olympics, Beatifications, etc.
Japan: Cherry Blossom season (March 15 to April 10, 2024), Golden Week (April 29 to May 05, 2024), Obon (August 13 to August 16, 2024).
Korea: Chusok (September 15 to September 30, 2024).
China: Chinese New Year (January 25 to January 31, 2024), National Day (September 30 to October 05, 2024).
Arabia: Pilgrimage to Mecca (June 12 to June 20, 2024).
Mexico: Formula 1 with Day of the Dead festivities (October 25 to November 05, 2024).

Important:

A maximum of two agents per request is authorized, even if they travel on different booking reference numbers.
Discounts only apply to the base price of the tour. Half-board and single supplements will have a 10% discount on the catalog value.  The rest of the additional services contracted will not have a discount.
This discount is not cumulative with other discounts: Passenger Club, minors, groups, triple room, Offers or Superoffers, promotions, etc.
These conditions are general and apply to all travel agents who have made a sale with Europamundo.
One companion per agent is allowed.
Companions must travel in the same room as the travel agent.

Please remember, to request your travel agent rates when submitting a tour inquiry. it is necessary to present a letter from the agency indicating that you are an executive and the booking reference numbers he/she has booked and also complete Module 1 of the academy at Europamundo.com.

Entry Conditions and Release

By participating, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Campaign; (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor, TourRadar, Inc., and its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, participating sponsors, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the  Campaign, and each of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the
“Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Campaign, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant's participation in the Campaign and/or entrant’s acceptance, use, non-use or misuse of the prize.
 
Additional Costs and Requirements

Additional spending money, additional meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, and all other ancillary costs are not included and are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Additional airfares are not included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner. It is the winner’s responsibility (and their invitee’s) to arrange their transport to meet with the flight and the tour at the departure destination. It is compulsory that the winners and their invitees take out comprehensive travel insurance before they travel. Local Payment not included within the prize, if you choose a no local payment promotion, subject to conditions. Cannot be used for a tour already booked, paid in full or deposit but it can be upgraded to a longer tour within the same destination by paying the difference of the chosen departure dates based on non-discounted brochure rates. TourRadar and the participating partners have the right to refuse passengers without the required insurance cover. The prize is subject to availability and conditions. The final travel date must be confirmed to TourRadar at least 45 days prior to the intended departure otherwise the prize will no longer be valid and will be forfeited. Extension cannot be issued.
Taxes For US Residents. All state, local, federal and or other taxes, duties, tariffs, title fees, licensing fees, or other fees for prizes awarded become the sole responsibility of the winner. All those who win a prize or prizes valued $600 or more in any given year will be issued an IRS Form 1099 to report their winnings. The actual retail value of the prize will be reported on the IRS Form 1099.
Publicity. Campaign participants agree that by providing their email address they give permission to TourRadar online newsletter lists and receive future correspondence via email. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Contest constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. Entrants may remove their name from the list at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe'.
By participating in the campaign, entrants also agree to abide by the general https://www.tourradar.com/terms-conditions/ Terms & Conditions as listed on the TourRadar website.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
If, for any reason, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, this Contest or any supplier of the travel product is not capable of running as planned by reason of an Act of God, disease, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, acts of government, infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, system overload or any other causes, whether discovered or suspected by Sponsor, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, does or could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest, and/or provide alternative means of entry or any other changes to these contest rules that Sponsor deems appropriate under the circumstances. In the event of termination, suspension or modification of this contest, a notice will be posted online. 
 
Disputes

Participant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Contest or the determination of the winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any claims shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Austria. Sponsor shall not, in any case, be liable for other than compensatory damages, and your entry in the Contest means that you agree to these conditions and expressly waive any right to punitive damages. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
