One lucky agent will win a complimentary seat on a Europamundo tour of up to 10 days in Europe. The winner will be contacted directly by the TourRadar agent team.

You need to make at least one qualifying Europamundo booking between 1 September and 31 October 2026 to be entered into the prize draw. Every qualifying booking during the campaign window earns you an entry.

The campaign runs from 1 September 2026 to 31 October 2026. Bookings must be placed within this two-month window to count as qualifying entries.

The prize covers only a complimentary seat on the tour itself. International flights are not included.

Any Europamundo booking placed through TourRadar between 1 September and 31 October 2026 counts as a qualifying entry.

The winner will be drawn and announced on Nov 7th, 2026. The winning agent will be contacted directly by the TourRadar agent team.

1. Eligibility 1.1 This incentive ("Incentive") is open to registered travel agents who book a qualifying Europamundo tour through TourRadar during the Campaign Period. 1.2 Employees of TourRadar and Europamundo, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. 1.3 A full list of qualifying Europamundo tours will be published on the incentive landing page and communicated to agents before the Campaign Period opens. 2. How to Qualify 2.1 To qualify for entry into the Incentive, an agent must make a booking for a qualifying Europamundo tour on behalf of a client, with the booking made and confirmed within the Campaign Period. 2.2 No purchase, sign-up, or additional entry step is required beyond making a qualifying booking — the booking itself constitutes entry. 2.3 Each qualifying booking made within the Campaign Period counts as one entry. Agents may submit multiple qualifying bookings to increase their chances of winning. 2.4 Bookings that are cancelled, refunded, or otherwise not completed prior to the winner selection may be excluded from the prize draw at TourRadar's discretion. 3. The Prize 3.1 One (1) winning agent will receive one (1) complimentary seat on a Europamundo tour of up to ten (10) days in Europe (the "Prize"). 3.2 The Prize covers the cost of the Europamundo tour package itself (accommodation, transport, and included activities as specified in the relevant Europamundo tour itinerary) for one person only. 3.3 Flights are not included. The winner is responsible for booking and paying for their own flights or other transport to and from the tour's start and end points, as well as any travel insurance, visas, meals not included in the itinerary, personal expenses, and any other costs not explicitly listed as part of the Europamundo tour package. 3.4 The Prize is valid for travel on a single Europamundo tour of up to 10 days, selected by the winner from the range of eligible Europamundo tours available at the time of booking (subject to availability). 3.5 The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged, and has no cash alternative. TourRadar and Europamundo reserve the right to substitute the Prize with one of equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary. 4. Winner Selection & Notification 4.1 The winner will be selected from all eligible qualifying bookings made during the Campaign Period. 4.2 The winner will be contacted directly by the TourRadar agent team, using the contact details associated with their agent account, shortly after the Campaign Period closes. 4.3 If the winner cannot be reached, or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, TourRadar reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries. 5. Redemption 5.1 Selection deadline: The winner must select their Europamundo tour and confirm their booking with the TourRadar agent team by no later than 31 January 2027. Failure to select and confirm a tour by this date may result in forfeiture of the Prize. 5.2 Travel deadline: The winner's trip must be fully completed by no later than 30 June 2027 (inclusive). The Prize cannot be redeemed for travel taking place after this date. 5.3 The winner's chosen tour is subject to availability at the time of booking. TourRadar and Europamundo do not guarantee availability on any specific departure date or itinerary. 5.4 Redemption of the Prize is coordinated between the winner, TourRadar, and Europamundo. The winner will be provided with instructions on how to proceed once notified. 6. General Conditions 6.1 TourRadar and Europamundo reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Incentive at any time due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, without liability, as far as permitted by law. 6.2 TourRadar's decision on all matters relating to the Incentive, including eligibility and winner selection, is final. 6.3 By participating, agents agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. 6.4 TourRadar and Europamundo accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Incentive or redemption of the Prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. 6.5 Personal data collected in connection with this Incentive will be handled in accordance with TourRadar's Privacy Policy and used solely for the purposes of administering the Incentive.
