TourRadar Community Guidelines

TourRadar is a platform where travelers share honest experiences to help others plan their adventures. These guidelines apply to all user-contributed content, including reviews, photos, comments, and Q&A.

What we expect
Content should be based on genuine travel experiences, relevant to the tour or operator being reviewed, and respectful toward fellow travelers, guides, and operators. We welcome honest feedback, including critical opinions, as long as it's constructive and factual.

What we don't tolerate
Content that is defamatory, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or illegal will be removed. This includes personal attacks, harassment, spam, advertising for other services, and content that infringes on the intellectual property of others. Users who post such content may be permanently banned from the platform without notice.

Reporting and enforcement
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines or a user who is behaving abusively, please report it using the report function in the app or by contacting us at support@tourradar.com. We review all reports and aim to take action within 24 hours. Actions may include removal of content, warnings, suspension, or permanent banning of the offending user.

Your responsibility
By submitting content on TourRadar, you confirm that it is your own, that it reflects your genuine experience, and that it complies with these guidelines and our Terms & Conditions.
