I loved that everything was done for me… I loved that everything was done for me as far as travel, hotels etc. It was nice to not have to worry about those types of things. We do prefer booking our own tours which you can do, but the provided ones were good too. Also love that they are just a wechat away, and they saved when we forgot our passports in our room safe and didn't have enough cash to pay our driver to go back. I was able to get help from them right away and it was a great relief. I'd do this type of travel again for sure. It's nice to have an agent there to help, and having all the hotels booked for us so we basically just had to unpack.

Overall experience was good, but the pace of the tour was too packed and needs to be adjusted to suit the older groups. Hotels were decent, except for the Il prencipe which I would rate as a 2 star rather than the 4 listed. The lunches were always too rushed and not of high quality. Actual touring goes for 6 days and not 8 days as described. The other two days are the day you arrive and the day you leave!
