We had a wonderful experience on the Pharaohs Nile Cruise Adventure. The ship Renaissance was beautiful, the crew provided excellent service, and the food was superb. Our tour guide, Ashraf, was absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, engaging, and truly outstanding. Highly recommended!

1) I was sick the 1st day and did not go. 2) I have a handicap and could not visit all sites. Ahmed helped me choose which ones to see. He was very resourceful in this, arranging for a wheelchair to use where conditions permitted. 3). Ahmed also helped us deal with a very awkward flight situation, to catch our US long-haul flight back in Europe. 4). The shipboard experience was excellent. Very attentive service. 5). On the last day Ahmed arranged for a private tour of Ramses Iii, in lieu of the Dendera option we purchased (due to accessibility). I really appreciated the slower pace of his private tour, plus more free time at the end. On other sites, I felt rushed and would have liked more free time. My learning style works best with in-depth experiences, with time to reflect, rather than hitting all possible spots. 6). I’ll remember Ahmed for his ideas and resourcefulness in handling our problems — and not giving up!
