Perfect package, friendly and professional service

We had a very good experience with this tour. We chose a small tour group number so that the experience is more personal. Communication was excellent (via whatsapp and emails). The guides (Ashraf in Cairo and Peter in Aswan and Luxor) were very knowlegable and friendly, picked us up from hotels and accompanied us all day. A helper was waiting for us at the airport on arrival to help us with the visa and show us to our minivan. All staff were punctual throughout the tour and available on whatsapp with any quieres. All were very polite and helpful. The Nile Cruise was very enjoyable and the staff were very helpful (even allowed us to use a room after check out as our flight was late in evening). We chose to book our own hotels so I cannot comment on those. We chose a very full itinerary to see most of the sights, so we had many early morning starts but it was worth it! Don't miss the hot air balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings! Because all the logistics were planned by the tour operator, we could relax and enjoy the holiday without having to worry about transport, what to see next, timing etc. We highly recommend this tour and would chose it again.
