One word : wonderful ! The guides and drivers were so nice and welcoming. We had an amazing experience that felt extra special because there was only the two of us for the whole trip (one of the perks of coming during the low season). However, there were some changes to our itinerary, and as we often had different guides, who were not always fully aware of the complete schedule, there were some moments of confusion. Having guides with more detailed knowledge of the overall itinerary would have been helpful. That said, our main coordinator was excellent and very effective in clarifying information.
10 Days in Egypt: Cairo (GEM) Wonders, Nile Cruise & Hurghada BeachesLeft Cairo at 6:30 am with a driver. After a 4 hour car ride arrived at Bahariya Oasis and met our tour guide. After a lunch, we left for the Black desert, crystal mountain, and the white desert. We were in a 4 wheel drive vehicle and went further into the desert than most tours. Absolutely incredible!!!! Got back to our hotel at 9:30 pm., long day , but very much enjoyed the white desert! Tour guide was a marvelous driver and guide thru the sand dunes.
