Thoroughly enjoed this tour. Coach was comfortable, stops and highlighted attractions were planned well. Accomodation was well situated to allow exploring. Our guide Rebecca was the best! Very knowledgeable about the area, energetic and always checking that we were okay. Mitch our driver knew his way around, a very safe driver and excellent at keeping tabs on where our baggage was. Sending our best appreciation to both Rebecca & Mitch for an excellent tour.

5-Day Canadian Rockies Tour: Visiting Banff, Jasper and Yoho National ParksThe optional attractions, national parks, and hotels were excellent. I was disappointed in our guide. I expected him to provide much more information about the parks — their history, flora and fauna. The Hyde indicated that he had not been scheduled to do this trip. My impression was he was resentful at having to do it. My partner and I are ages 75, 74 and my partner has some obvious walking problems. The guide frequently stride far ahead of us and we couldn’t see him. Only reason we found out where to go was some others in the tour came back to get us and guide us. Frankly, I felt like he didn’t like us.
