Whatever you are paying Aroura, it is not enough! I cannot recommend her or Bindlestiff Tours highly enough. The food was excellent, the accommodations were clean and reasonable, and all of the campgrounds were well maintained and had the amenities we needed. Our guide was absolutely amazing. She has a natural talent for customer service and consistently went out of her way to make sure every guest was comfortable. She always opened the van for us, checked in on everyone, and took the time to get to know each person individually. She was also extremely organized and did an excellent job balancing the needs of people who wanted to do serious hiking with those who either did not want to hike as much or were not able to. She kept us on or ahead of schedule and always found meaningful ways to fill any extra time with activities that were both scenic and educational. She followed all of the rules, was an incredibly safe driver, and carefully kept track of her driving hours. It was also clear that she has gone above and beyond to learn much more than the basic anecdotes about each national park. She shared interesting information about the parks, their history, and the cultures of the Native peoples whose lands we traveled through. Our guide truly made the trip special. Her professionalism, knowledge, organization, kindness, and genuine care for every person on the tour were outstanding. I would gladly travel with Bindlestiff again!

5-Day Utah's Mighty 5 From Las VegasI joined the Bindlestiff 7‑Day Southwest Highlights tour as a hotel guest, and I wasn’t sure how it would feel with both campers and hotel guests in the group. Spencer balanced everything so naturally that the whole week felt easy, welcoming, and surprisingly meaningful. His calm organization — driving, planning, meals, and hotel logistics — made each day unfold smoothly. Knowing he’s completed the Pacific Crest Trail, one of the Mexico‑to‑Canada thru‑hikes, gave me real confidence. His connection to these landscapes is lived, and you can feel that in the way he shares them. The parks were breathtaking, but what stayed with me was the thoughtful pace, the care he brought to the experience, and those quiet moments that made me pause and breathe in the vastness around me. It was restorative in a way I didn’t expect. If you’re considering this trip, go. You’ll carry the feeling of it long after you’re home.
