I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all your help in organizing this great experience! We would like to point out that we really liked the driver who was with us during all the tour! Indian Family homestay experience was something we loved most and that was undoubtedly a unique part of this tour. We experience great hospitality and felt like really special guests. Trekking was well organized and not so tiring as we'd thought before. All in all, our experience is wonderful and memorable, that was a tour to remember.

Our arrival in Delhi was stressful, as no driver met us at the airport despite prior confirmation. With no internet access, we had to arrange our own taxi to the hotel. The next day, Danish, our driver, picked us up to drive to Agra, where we met our first tour guide for Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal. The tour guide asked us to pay entrance fees in local currency, even though we had already agreed to pay in AUD directly to the tour operator. It seemed the guide was unaware of this arrangement due to inconsistent communication from the operator. This was quickly resolved as we kept to the original AUD Our first night in Agra was at Taj Villas, which felt more like a 1–2 star property rather than the 3-star option we had booked. We found that paying a little extra for a 5-star hotel for the remainder of the trip was worthwhile. From there, the trip ran smoothly. Some guides’ English was harder to understand, while others, including the Fatehpur Sikri, Jaipur and Delhi guides, were excellent. The highlight of our tour was our driver, Danish, who accompanied us from start to finish. He was always polite, patient, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication made a huge difference, and we believe he truly represents the face of this company. Overall, despite initial hiccups with arrival and communication, the tour was well-organized, memorable, and enjoyable.
