The six day tour was excellent. It was nice to go during the off season so our bus and sites were not crowded. However, we did have to skip one site in the north to get over a mountain pass due to weather. The hotels were clean and comfortable. The landscapes, waterfalls, and beaches were beautiful. We loved the icebergs on Glacier Lagoon. We saw the Northern lights twice. We loved the horse excursion and we saw a humpback whale on that extra excursion. The bath excursion was nice and relaxing too. Be aware the food in Iceland is very expensive. Our guide was good at getting us to markets when we wanted to get cheaper food. Overall, we had a wonderful time and loved our little group and guide!
