Local tour guides were very good, Waman Tours, mediocre at best, 1. Hotels poor, bugs in one, no hot water, uncomfortable beds 2. Waman customer service unreachable and slow to respond, never answered phone 3. Waman, poor planning, poor communication, plan and schedule changed frequently and gave very short notice 4. Waman transfer driver late 5. Waman chose cheapest budget air carriers for transportation flight times inconvenient
