What people love about Budget Tours in Peru
- 8 Days Tour: Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu & Puno – Includes Domestic Flights & Vistadome Train
I just returned from an 8-day tour in Peru, and I’m still processing everything I experienced. From day one, I felt cared for and guided by a team that thought of every detail. We began in Lima, where I tasted a ceviche I will honestly never forget. Walking through the historic center at sunset felt like stepping back in time. Then we flew to Cusco, and the thrill of seeing the Andes mountains for the first time was simply indescribable. In the Sacred Valley, we met local artisans who welcomed us with smiles and vibrant colors. In Ollantaytambo, it felt as though every stone had its own story to tell. But the most unforgettable moment was arriving at Machu Picchu—slowly climbing and suddenly seeing the sacred city appear before my eyes… it’s a moment I will treasure forever. We spent our last days in Cusco, wandering cobblestone streets, exploring markets filled with aromas and colors, and relaxing in plazas that made you want to stay for hours. There was time to learn, to laugh, to try new flavors, and to feel the special energy of this country. It was more than just a trip,it was 8 days of discovery, connection, and memories I’ll carry with me for a lifetime.
- Lima, Cusco, Machupicchu & Titicaca Lake: Budget Trip
We had so much fun! Just landed back in MI after an 11 day adventure with the guidance of Yure. He was great, responsive, and he and all tour guides we friendly and knowledgeable. We were a group of four (myself, husband, 10yo boy and 8yo girl) and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and created memories to last a lifetime. Before the trip was over we were already discussing our next adventure with Peru Trek4Good and/or Tourradar!
- Machu Picchu Jungle Trek 5D/4N (Biking, Zip-Line & Rafting)
One of the best tours I did on my 8 month trip. We had an excellent guide, who was both funny and informative. The activities were great fun. I particularly loved the zip lining and hike. The accommodation was basic but we were treated to a lovely hotel the day before our Machu Picchu trek which was an unexpected bonus. The food was typical Peruvian food and delicious. And Machu Picchu was the cherry on the top. I have recommended this trip to friends and will continue to do so. Worth every penny.
