I booked a 7-day Ring Road tour of Iceland through TourRadar, operated by Bus Travel Iceland, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The booking process was smooth and straightforward. Communication with Bus Travel Iceland through the TourRadar app was also excellent, with prompt responses and regular updates from the operator keeping me informed about the tour arrangements and details. The tour itself was a fantastic experience. It was a small group of 18 people, which made the experience more enjoyable and personal. During the day, we travelled in a comfortable small bus, and at night we stayed in nice hotel accommodation, which was included as part of the booking. Our tour guide was excellent. He provided interesting and informative insights about Iceland, kept us entertained with plenty of jokes and humour, and managed the group very well. We always had enough time to enjoy the various sights without feeling rushed, while still managing to cover all the locations included in the itinerary. The organisation was also excellent, with us arriving at our hotels on time, giving us the opportunity to relax and recharge for the next day's adventure. This was my first experience travelling as part of a group tour, and it was such a positive experience that I will definitely consider booking more group tours in the future. I highly recommend TourRadar and Bus Travel Iceland for anyone looking to explore Iceland.
