Overall, the tour was excellent and covered all the sights mentioned, except the 15 min stop at Crowfoot Glacier didnt happen. However, it was run efficiently and well organised. Majority were Asians, but the bilingual guides were sufficiently proficient, able to manage well the different groups that joined in to fill the tour bus each day. Gratuities at CAD$15 per day can be prepaid upon booking. Hotel were good and comfortable, and close to town, making it easy to explore on our own. The 4 in 1 optional excursion package that includes Gondola, Maligne Lake Cruise,etc is highly recommended!

The Itinerary was great, accommodation was of an excellent standard, luggage was delivered and collected from your room. 1 dinner and breakfasts included were delicious with the last breakfast at Mike Wiegele’s Cabins being exceptional. Ryan our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and contactable whenever needed. Bob our driver was friendly and a safe driver. Jake drove another vehicle carrying some of the luggage and appeared to be responsible for luggage, he too was friendly and there was never any issue with anyone’s luggage.
