Initially we were not happy with Europomundo as on arrival on 12/06/2024 at Copenhagen Airport the driver dropped us at 15 away at a wrong hotel. After dropping he never picked up our telephone calls. However on contacting Europomundo emergency telecaller they helped us to reach the Comfort Copenhagen Airport hotel where the room size is too small. The guide Betina was not at all cooperative and was full of attitude being Senior. After few days the guide Ms Rocio was replaced and she made our trip happy and successful. She was cooperative with each and every traveller and sorted out any problem anyone was facing during the stay. The hot water kettle was missing at most of the hotels. I suggest Europomundo to arrange the same at every hotel even if it is provided without tea and coffee sachets. They should also arrange for hotels with little bigger rooms even if the tour cost is more. Rest the trip was great being value for money. We will love to travel with Europomundo again and again.
