We really enjoyed our 9 day excursion through Tour Radar/Europamunda. At first, we were 2 of 8 people that were English speaking, in a bus with about 70 people. Our guide, spoke 3 languages (that all sounded the same), before he got to English. Once he spoke in English it sounded like he gave English 5 minutes and the other languages 1/2 hour. UNTIL we were told he was speaking Polish, Spanish and a 3rd language. Then we realized we were getting the same explanation (and the same time). Our guides were friendly, caring, and very communicative. Thank you.

Amazing tour!!!! The tour leader was one of the most fun leaders I have seen. She had so much energy and warmness. Many of the destinations on this tour were not the typical tourist type places, but that was refreshing. I especially enjoyed Sarajevo. In fact the whole tour was worth it because of this unexpected beautiful city. I would love to have spent more time there. Kotor was also especially beautiful! I highly recommend a hike to the mountains for a view over the town and a swim in the lake. If you decide to visit these countries I strongly recommend researching about the history before hand. A small group of people on the day trip in Sarajevo did not listen to the guide and missed out through not understanding the places visited. I felt bad for the guide as he did an amazing job to explain the difficult very recent history of the country. I read the book ‘The Cellist of Sarajevo’ before I visited, which helped add more context to my historical knowledge of the region.

What a great tour. There was so much to see. It was go, go, go from start to finish. The history in these countries is mind blowing. It felt like we saw everything worth seeing. Our Guide Florin was a sweetheart who looked after us so well although we're still questioning his dad jokes, ha ha. The hotels were nice, some charming and buffet breakfasts a girl could get quite used to. Go a couple of days ahead to spend more time in Budapest, there's so much to see there and add an extra day or two to see more of Istanbul. The rest of our tour had cancelled due to the Iran war so it was just my friend and myself and our guide. We took an SUV around instead of a bus. It was quite comfortable. We missed a couple of things because we got in late some afternoons, especially Istanbul as the border control took over 3 hrs. Fabulous tour, well worth the money.
