This was an unforgettable trip and a great introduction to Egypt. The itinerary covered most of the major highlights. The Nile cruise was comfortable and offered beautiful views along the river. The temples and historical sites we visited were all magnificent and truly impressive. Our guide explained each site in detail and made the history easy to understand, which helped me gain a much deeper appreciation of ancient Egypt. Overall, this tour provided an amazing balance of history, culture, and sightseeing, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Egypt for the first time.

All of the guides on this trip were exceptional! The accommodations were as expected. There was overall confusion about the "tip jar" being told it's for all tips when putting into it and then being told later what it doesn't include. The trip was fast and furious, not a lot of downtime if you sign up for the extras. Overall consensus about the extra/unexpected stops was that they were not necessary and people would rather have spent that time either shopping where they wanted or back on the boat having down time. One suggestion is to do the GEM tour on a separate day without anything else scheduled. we would have liked to have spent more time there. We all had a wonderful time and learned a great deal about ancient Egypt.
