My tour was actually South East Asia Encompassed for 29 days with Pimm. The tour was amazing and Pimm is an outstanding guide! She is well organized, proactive, an excellent communicator, extremely knowledgeable about the four countries we visited, calm, kind, cheerful and supportive. Her problem solving skills are exceptional too, when group members did things such as lose passports or get injured. She is more than a five star guide. She s a treasure

Only downside was nothing organised for the start of the trip in Hanoi. Fortunately, I arrived a few days early and was able to take in the sights of Hanoi independently. Otherwise, an extremely well organised tour covering a lot of major attractions across Vietnam. Mr Long was in touch daily ensuring everything went smoothly. It would have been better if the hotel in Hoi An was closer to the old town.
