Had a fantastic time in Bali, thanks to Made and his team! One of the best features of this tour was its customisability. Visited the most important sites on this private tour. Second time with One Life and can definitely say that it is a very solid, reliable company. The tour flows at a good pace, with well-spread activities and free time during the days, as well as good accommodations and partners that take care of the transportations around the cities and places. Bali is an island that has loads of traffic and requires some logistics with cars/boats which the One Life tour makes so much easier, matching different areas around the north and Nusa/Gilli Islands with relaxed/basic tourist activities around to explore it on its basics! The only main concern that could be improved is that we could feel a lack of professionalism from the guide, which, despite being an amazing person and very sociable, did not transmit the knowledge or sense of responsibility I was expecting. It felt less organized; in this meaning, we were constantly running late; I did not receive as much information about places, coordination and awareness about the group individuals as would have been desired. It is definitely not a problem for many, but in the end I wish we had a guide that did not feel more lie one of us than a leader itself.
