V was an absolute ray of sunshine. From the get go she made sure we were well informed, cared for and were happy. No matter what she went out of her way to ensure we were always having fun and made sure the quality of our hotel rooms, food and experiences were top notch! From all of my tours I've been on V made it rememberable, enjoyable and most of all motivated- when we had to climb a volcano at 3am!!!
