The arrangements were well thought-out from airport pickup to day trips. The hotel was conveniently close and comfortable. That said, while it is commendable to have one's ride ready and waiting on arrival, this is not a good strategy for international flyers. They have to go through customs and then collect luggage. If there is some crisis, delays get even worse. Please ask international customers how much cushion time they expect to require.
