Vitali was not only a guide, but also a resourceful person, a friend, a helper, and an encyclopedia—he knew everything about Switzerland: its history, geography, people, economy, and social life. The company of the ladies on the tour was equally wonderful. I now have new friends and meaningful connections, and we are already planning future trips together.
