She is full of energy and has made me feel very welcome. She’s friendly, but in a fun and professional way which has been great because we are such a small group! It was a very good tour. Maybe 4 1/2 stars. Except the communication skills of the guide in Bali need improvement. Also, when we were in Besakih temple, it rained really hard but the guide decided we should go back to our car anyway. The risk for slipping or falling was great but no harm done. Our Yogyakarta trip was excellent.
