Hassan was amazing. He is friendly, knowledgeable, engaging has a great sense of humor and it is obvious that he is passionate about the history of Egypt. The food on the ship La Fayan was top notch every day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. He staff and crew were incredible......friendly, helpful and very attentive. La Fayan w kept clean and immaculate daily, there is always someone washing or cleaning every day.

Itinerary was good but most locations felt rushed. I think for the tour guides who are there all the time that they usher so many people through but people travel really far to see the Great Pyramids and we didn't have enough time to just sit and take them in. I know there is a language barrier as well but it was hard to hear or keep up with all the information they give about the locations. They are very knowledgeable it's just SO much that they try to fit in that I am not sure I retained much. Tour guides and staff were all very friendly but it didn't feel like we were just shuffled through. Food was mediocre. Did not get to experience real Egyptian cuisine except for 1 day and it was still buffet style. We got what we paid for so I can't complain. I still had a good trip but vacationing is definitely different on a tour.

Very nice boat higher class well organized decent cabin, nice staff. Reliable and safe tour. Excellent accommodation and the food is delicious. Only point is that you have to get up before 4 AM for the temple visits
