Waman Adventures worked tirelessly with me for 2 weeks to plan a completely customized personal tour when I could not fit their existing group tours into my available vacation days. Thanks to them, I was able to make my dream bucket list trip to Peru into reality, see/experience everything that was available, and make memories I'll always treasure. The itinerary was planned very logically to allow acclimatization/rest in between physically difficult days. The tour guides and drivers were always prompt, friendly, helpful, and ready to share facts and have conversations. Yeny, my tour guide for the 3 days in Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu, and Sacred Valley, was a wonderful match. I don't speak Spanish, so Yeny helped me with complex transactions, sent me recommendations for restaurants and stores, and helped me get the desired tickets for Machu Picchu circuits 1 and 2A, and we had wonderful conversations during all of our explorations. Most importantly, I never felt like I was without a friend, even though I was on a private solo tour. She's highly knowledgeable about history, culture, and Andean geography, and recommended a great Machu Picchu photo book that I ended up buying for my parents. I would love to visit Peru again, and hope that I will cross paths with Yeny and Waman Adventures again. I wish that we could have finalized the tour itinerary and purchase a little more quickly than over 2 weeks, but I understand it takes time to create a custom solo trip and book all the logistics. I appreciate all the staff at Waman, like Luz, for patiently researching and communicating with me during the trip arrangements. Thank you for making my Peru dream come true!
