Reviews of Small Group tours to Machu Picchu
- Machu Picchu Adventure
The G Adventure guides are so amazing. They know everything about the area
- Huchuy Qosqo Trek to Machu Picchu 3 Days 2 nights
We had a wonderful tour with Trexeperience. Our team was very nice and helpful. The tent could be more comfortable. Our Hotel in Aguas calientes did not have hot water, but this was not Trexexperience fault. Overall, they did a great job.
- Cachicata Quarry Trail Trek to Machu Picchu 4 days 3 nights
This was a great trek from start to finish. My partner and I were in a group of just the two of us lead by our awesome guide Lizandro (who spoke great English), two horseman, and a chef and assistant chef who are all local to the area. The two horsemen and chefs always made it to our next campsite well before us and had a tent and table already set up for our next meal. The meals were amazing and we were never hungry- there was ample hot food provided including multiple courses that differed every day. Sleeping arrangements were great- they always made sure we were warm and even gave us a heat bottle to heat up the inside of our sleeping bags every night! For our last meal we were invited to visit the horsemen’s family home, meet their family, and enjoy a traditional meal cooked in hot stones. We mentioned we were heading to the airport the day after the tour ended and they even provided us a free taxi to the airport! We highly recommend trexperience to any traveller. You will not be disappointed!!
