We had a wonderful experience with STM Tours, thanks to their exceptional customer service. What stood out the most was how quickly they responded to our concern on the very first day—when we were not satisfied with the hotel, the STM team immediately took action and moved us to a much better one. Our driver, Dede, was also excellent—very cooperative, always punctual, and genuinely committed to making our trip enjoyable. Overall, STM Tours is highly recommended, and we would definitely consider traveling with them again in other parts of the world.

The trip was excellent! Every detail went smoothly, tour guide Dwii was informed and intuned to all our desires. Our driver Made use feel safe on the busy cycled filled roads. This tour covered the scope of Bali

The itinerary was good, but I have few suggestions: Not to go temple with aggressive monkeys but to replace it with visit to GSW (?) park that somewhere closer. Also no need to go to bar and the beach - just the beach would be sufficient. Rice field is total waste of time, instead royal palace and garden+market and/or museum of art would be much more interesting and require less time in the car. I would also suggest to replace hotel in Kuta with another one in Legion or Seminiak- where there is beach that it is possible to swim. Maybe it is also worth to replace hotel in Gili to Pearl. The tour director was very nice and helpful but the guide was bad- we could not understand 1/2 of what he was saying. I have noticed that other, younger guides, have much better English.
