Footsteps Of The Pharaohs - Included Internal FlightsWe had a wonderful time exploring Egypt on our 7-day tour with Itaca Tours! The historical sites were definitely the highlight of the trip, from the incredible ancient temples to the fascinating history and culture throughout the country. It was such a special experience to see these places in person, and we really appreciated the opportunity to learn so much along the way. That said, there were a few challenges. The sleeper train was definitely a never-again experience for us, and the extreme heat made some parts of the trip pretty exhausting. Be prepared for long travel days and high temperatures, especially if you're visiting during the warmer months. And dont forget CASH! Overall, we’re glad we did the tour and would absolutely recommend visiting Egypt for its incredible history and unforgettable sights. Just come prepared for the heat and keep your expectations realistic when it comes to the sleeper train!
Adventure Ancient Egypt - 7 DayWe were the only 2 booked for our departure date and we effectively got a private tour. Our guide Eedo was amazing, he was an Egyptologist and I really enjoyed learning about the history. The accommodation and cruise met the description but was a little old and tired compared to the photos which is the only reason I would not give this tour a full 5 star rating.
