The tour was amazing, we saw things that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. Egypt is a wonderful country, and besides its glorious past, it is full of potential for the future. The tour is a well-balanced collection of Egyptian history. The tour guides are highly educated people, all Egyptologists, with excellent knowledge and enthusiasm to show and explain about it. We had a 5-day Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan, where our tour guide was Ashraf, who is the most amazing guide. Besides his vast knowledge, he is the most caring person. He made sure that we were always OK and could enjoy our trip the best way. For the organizers, I would like to add some comments that they could change. First, I would recommend placing flights inside Egypt, not at night. We arrived from Aswan back to Cairo at midnight on 1st Jan. The hotel was not very organized upon our arrival, (though we already stayed there at the beginning of the tour, they should have had our information) and took very long time to get the proper rooms. The other thing should be changed - not to put the visit to Abu Simbel, that takes about 10h total and the visit to the Nubian village, also takes 3h on the same day. We were lucky, because our guide Ashraf was flexible and changed the day of the visit to the Nubian village, but otherwise it would not have been enjoyable. Generally, we were happy with the organization, but there are still many small things that they can improve.
