The accommodations were good, clean and cheap with good kitchens and lots of friendly people. Stewart was an amazing tour guide, he had so much history and knowledge and information to share about all the fantastic places we saw and was always up for being a little flexible to let us customize our experience. 5 Day Ultimate Highland AdventureWe had an amazing experience on this tour and really learned a lot along the way. When I signed up I didn’t have even a fraction of the information on where we weee going (from tour radar it was limited) and once I got the app and saw the map/stops and audio guide I was really impressed. And then we met Rich, our tour guide. And I cannot say enough positive things about him. I didn’t know he would be talking to us the entire time and I’m so glad he did. He made the trip so much fun! We ended up getting stuck on the isle of Skye for an extra night because of the weather and he and whoever is behind the scenes managed to get us rooms back in Portree we were so grateful. His storytelling made the trip, honestly. He is incredibly knowledgable and just a great guy. I would book another tour with him / highland explorers in a heartbeat. Safety was never a concern he had us covered. We love you Rich!
