I have done a few European tours and I must say Vitalli was by far the best guide have encountered. He is a very patient and good natured person. The schedule was quite tight and I wish at least one excursion of taking a train up to the mountains had been included.
Swiss MiracleThe tour was fantastic. Everything was organized very well. The driver Sorin who picked us up from the Zurich airport was really engaging and helpful. The hotel accommodations were great and conveniently located close to the tour buses and train station. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were nice. The driver who took us back to the airport was also very friendly and pleasant. Overall, it was a very nice time. Thanks.

This was my 2nd trip with Europamundo, I am looking forward to taking more trips with Europamundo. First of all, airport transfer to the hotel was seamless. The driver contacted me a day before my flight and confirmed my flight schedule. Hotels: all the hotels were more than perfect wity great location. Tour guide: Mariano, he is absolutely wonderful! He was friendly, funny, caring and very informative. He provided information about lunch and dinner at both affordable options and fancy dine-in options. Being a solo traveler it was very helpful for me to know where I could get affordable food. Driver: John, excellent, skilled driver, I felt safe on the road also very polite and friendly. The group (we were about 20 people) was phenomenal, every one was very nice, we all took care of each other, I had an amazing time. Itinerary was really well balanced. I got to see so many places, but didn't feel overwhelmed or rushed. There was enough time at each location, there was free time to explore and slow down and enjoy. Lastly, it is very easy to contact Europamundo team via WhatsApp, I always appreciate it. Customer support ream responds very quickly. Europamundo is great, I travel alone without any worry with Europamundo.
