England, Ireland and Scotland Family Tours
The Scots Irish tours really hit the mark for families - you'll spend 10-11 days exploring castles and countryside at a pace that works for all ages. Kids get excited about the hands-on experiences like watching whisky being made (they get their own juice tastings) and visiting Highland chocolate makers where everyone samples the treats. Our families tell us the medieval castle banquets are a highlight, especially for the younger ones who feel like they're stepping into a storybook. Parents appreciate having all the travel details sorted while the kids watch border collies rounding up sheep or climb around the natural rock formations at Giants Causeway. The drives are well planned with interesting stops - Titanic Belfast fascinates all ages and Urquhart Castle gives you those perfect Loch Ness views everyone wants to photograph.

Greg is INCREDIBLE. I haven’t travelled much so had no idea what to expect, but Greg made it so easy for me to plan what I could with the knowledge that everything else was sorted. The sad thing about this particular trip is that it involves a lot of time sitting on a coach, but there’s only so much these guys can do about the to be able to fit in all the adventures in the time we have. Even so, I would do this trip with Greg again in a heartbeat. I had the best time and I’m so thankful for everything he did!

The itinerary was excellent overall including most of the highlights of each country we visited. Our hotels were generally very good with excellent locations and comfortable rooms. Some of the optional experiences should have been part of the tour itinerary such as the tour of the Cardiff castle, since otherwise there would have not been much else to do. We were also disappointed with the Liverpool optional Beatles tour. We expected to see the first homes of the Beatles among other sights. Our tour director Peter Staff was excellent with knowledge of local sights and history which added much to the tour. Our bus driver Gary was also excellent.
