Trekking towards Base Camp, seeing Earth's highest peak from Kala Patthar, walking through Sherpa villages - it's true bucket list stuff. You'll go through Namche Bazaar, past Tengboche Monastery and into landscapes that don't feel real. The altitude's no joke but reaching Base Camp? That feeling's incredible.

This tour covers a lot of ground. The drivers and guides were professional, attentive, knowledgable, and fun. Rana was available by phone, even 6:30am!, and at Kathmandu Hotel. Always felt safe and had someone watching over me. Easy to agree with comments from other reviews.
Nepal Tibet Bhutan Tour-18 daysIn May, two friends and I set out on an incredible adventure to Everest Base Camp. We chose to go with Nepal Hiking Team based on their great reviews—and they absolutely lived up to the hype. From the very beginning, communication was clear and professional, giving us confidence and peace of mind. Our guide, Ganga Tamang, even spoke quite a bit of Dutch—helemaal goed! It was immediately clear that he was highly experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. That level of expertise was not only reassuring, but it also gave all of us the trust and motivation we needed to reach our goal. Ganga shared fascinating stories and insights about the region, the trek, and Nepal in general, which really enriched the experience. Alongside him were our fantastic assistant guides, Tek and Indra, who were always ready to help and made the journey even more memorable. A special shoutout to the true superheroes of the trek—Dipesh, Sete, Sunil, and Bindra. Their strength, support, and positive energy were unmatched. In short, it was an amazing trip and an unforgettable experience—one I will cherish forever. A huge thank-you to Master Ganga and his entire team for making it a 100% Mission Complete!

Best time to visit Mount Everest
- Summer 2026
Summer monsoon season brings unique challenges and rewards to Everest trekking. Our experienced guides know exactly how to handle the conditions, planning early morning hikes before afternoon clouds roll in. The routes focus on well-maintained trails and reliable tea houses, with extra time built in for weather delays. Our summer travelers particularly value having flexible itineraries that can adapt to conditions. While you might catch some rain, you'll also find fewer crowds on the trails and get to see the mountains draped in dramatic clouds. The tea houses are less crowded too, giving you more time to connect with local Sherpa families.

- Fall / Autumn 2026
Fall brings ideal trekking conditions back to Everest, with stable weather and incredible visibility. Our most successful tours this season run 14-16 days, perfect for really experiencing the mountains. You'll find plenty of other trekkers on the trails, creating a social atmosphere in the tea houses each evening. Our fall travelers particularly love the golden light on the peaks and the festive feeling around Namche Bazaar. The moderate temperatures make this an excellent season for first-time trekkers, while more experienced hikers can tackle some of our challenging side trips to spots like Gokyo Lakes. Many of our customers mention the clear skies make fall perfect for photography, especially from Kala Patthar at sunrise.

- Winter 2026 / 2027
For winter adventurers, our Everest treks offer a unique perspective with fewer crowds and crystal-clear mountain views. Our travelers particularly praise the expert winter guides who carry extra safety gear and really know how to handle the cold conditions. The most popular winter routes run 12-14 days, giving you time to properly acclimatize in Namche Bazaar. Our customers love staying in the better-equipped tea houses which provide proper heating and extra blankets during the winter months. The guides are great at adapting the daily schedule to make the most of the shorter daylight hours, and they'll teach you proper winter hiking techniques as you make your way up to Base Camp. Many of our winter trekkers mention how much they appreciated having experienced Sherpa guides who know exactly how to handle the seasonal conditions.

- Spring 2027
Spring comes alive on Everest with rhododendrons dotting the trails below Namche Bazaar and perfect visibility for mountain photography. The tours run 11-16 days, and you'll share the route with climbing teams getting ready for their summit pushes - quite something to see their preparations at Base Camp. Our spring trekkers really like the comfortable daytime temperatures and trails lined with alpine flowers. You can pick from luxury lodge stays or go for something more real with camping near local Sherpa villages. The reliable spring weather means many of our customers choose to fly back by helicopter, which saves time and adds a different view of the mountains.
