Wonderful trekking peaks. Views was astonishing everywhere. I specially like the part from Mera to Island and difficult to cross Amphu Lapcha Pass. The guide Sonam was experienced and helpful to accomplish these three peaks on the top. All three peaks are not easy and also not difficult but physically demanding specific for Lobuche and Island peak. Weather is nice but at top is windy and cold. All credit to sherpa guide this successfully climbing and also thanks to Nepal Guide Treks. I loved it.. having great adventure in Nepal.. Thanks...

Bassoo ,our guide, was thoroughly competent as a mountain leader and indeed could not have been more helpful but was handicapped by the lack of a clear procedure to go off when weather conditions are bad at Lukla airport.. There seemed no good reason why we should have had to pay extra money for porters or the drivers for the journey back (or even for board and lodge costs as the itinerary stated these were free up to day 12). With many other disconsolate hikers we spent too much time waiting around the airport for information or rather lack of it...After all, mist at Lukla airport must hardly be an exceptional occurrence and so the company needs a clear policy to go off for when it occurs. i.e. Tell clients the choices involved such as the amount the helicopter alternative properly costs and how horrible and long the walk and jeep journey can be. Advise them to contact their insurance companies or look at their holiday insurance policies. Kind regards to everyone.It was still a wonderful experience of a lifetime.

Nepal Eco could not have made my EBC and Gokyo trek any better. Everything was properly planned out and they even had some flexibility with the itinerary. It may cost more than doing everything yourself, but you don't have to worry about anything during the trek as the owner and guide will deal with the issues. My guide, Deepen, was fantastic. I couldn't have found a better guide. He was extremely knowledgeable of the region and told many interesting stories of the area. He was also a great trekking partner, he makes sure you are in a good condition in the morning and told good jokes during the long days. Often, I would be gassed, but he would encourage and push me on to see some memorable views. If I were to trek in Nepal again, I would definitely find him again. I wholeheartedly recommend Deepen to any trekkers.
