Just finished then19 day Odyssey Tour covering North & South Islands, and it was unbelievable!! So much variety on both islands with loads to see and do. Plenty of good optional extras too. A bit more travelling on the South Island but this is a lot bigger and less inhabited so is to be expected. The stunning scenery made up for this though. Overall, our accommodation was very comfortable. The hotels we stayed at were very high standard with excellent food. Worth paying extra for the comfort. We had an excellent guide, Leon, who made itbeven more enjoyable. Great value for money and I've already recommended it.
19-Day New Zealand Odyssey: The Premier New Zealand North & South Island Journey (Auckland Start)Very good driver/guide. Some of the option tours are not that good, like driving 10 hours round trip to take a 45 minutes boat ride on the lake that nothing look impressive.
