Slightly more adventurous tour than we were expecting but fantastic as we really enjoyed everything. A range of accommodation from basic to very good and an amazing amount of extra activities to take part in at extra cost. Our guide Michael was fantastic, entertaining, efficient, educational and fun. A really good run through the north and south islands taking in culture, nature, amazing views and lots of hiking. So many highlights to the tour; as a friend said, there were several ‘wow’ moments every day.
19-Day New Zealand Odyssey: The Premier New Zealand North & South Island Journey (Auckland Start)I did the NZ 17 day tour of North and South Island and it was honestly immense! You get to see all the major sites and have flexibility to add on activities if you want to (would really recommend the white water rafting in North Island and the stargazing in South!) To get around NZ you really need a car, so to have all the travel planned out for us made everything so easy, and stress free! Niamh was our tour guide and honestly she was amazing, literally the best especially when things went a little wrong in North island with the weather on our way to Wellington! 10/10 she’s a legend, if you’re thinking of booking this tour do it !
