We have been very happy with the planning and booking of our trip. Pickups and drivers were all on time and their vehicles were clean and comfortable. Hotels and staff were good, especially in Cambodia where they were excellent. We appreciated your suggestions for extra activities in each location. Our tour guides were good. This was OVERALL an excellent experience. I feel I would have like Ho Chi Minh City added to Vietnam leg, but I can come back! My sales agent, Long, was in touch with me throughout trip and checking that all was well and that drivers/tour guides were all arranged. In countries where the language was VERY foreign to me this was helpful. Personal comment: Much of this trip is with private guides and drivers. Was not aware of the extent of that when I signed up. That is a GREAT benefit for time efficiency and comfort. However, as a solo traveler I may have enjoyed some bigger groups. But if you are travelling with 2-6 people this great!
