Excellent value for money! This was my first time traveling with Europamundo but it most likely wouldn't be my last because they have such a well-oiled system that it seemed like there were very few things that can actually screw up your trip. Their back office was extremely responsive to queries before the trip and they seem to have such a huge fleet of drivers, buses and guides that if anything were to go wrong, one wouldn't have to wait too long for rescue. The itinerary also was very well paced for the most part (the Italy leg felt a bit rushed but it was a lot of ground to cover I guess). I wish we had 2 days in Rome instead of the one day included in the itinerary. My friend and I really appreciated the stop overs at the small little charming towns in between the big cities; we got to see a lot more of the country instead of just stopping at petrol stations for the mandatory toilet breaks. Even though it was a big bus and we got several tour guides on our trip, the hand over was smooth and seamless. I commend Sagri who we had on our Paris-Zurich leg of the trip for maintaining a tight ship! We had a few rule breakers on our bus but she managed to straighten them out in a professional manner even though some of the guests weren't necessarily being diplomatic. I also commend Tieri (? the guide we had in Rome) for being extremely helpful and attentive to the guests, explaining very thoroughly the lay out via paper maps. All the drivers we had spoke very little English it seemed but they were friendly and smiled at the guests. The buses it self were very comfortable but the wifi onboard usually stopped working probably half-way through the bus ride (quota exceeded). I would highly recommend Europamundo to anybody who'd want a hassle-free trip ALTHOUGH I wish they would put it in the itinerary suggestions of what tickets to book in the cities we were going to. We wanted to go inside the palace in Versailles and the Duomo in Milan but couldn't get tickets as they were already sold out when we got there. If they had put it in as a suggestion, we could've booked ahead of time online. Also maybe put it in the itinerary or have the guides discuss briefly how public transportation works in the bigger cities as people not from Europe like myself probably aren't familiar with how it all works. These are just nice-to-haves but not deal breakers.
