I had a wonderful first experience with g adventures and this tour. The driver and guide were knowledgeable/ friendly and helpful. The people on the tour were like minded and got along very well. The safaris and the Delta were by far my favourite spots. Camping was colder than expected for me and made for a couple of rough nights. I would recommend this tour but think it would be a bit better at a slightly warmer time of the year.

You'll find it's just right temperature-wise for climbing those rusty-colored dunes at Sossusvlei and exploring Spitzkoppe's rock formations. Our clients particularly love how the evenings unfold, moving from active game drives to relaxed sundowners near the lit-up waterholes. The Okavango Delta stays are a highlight this time of year. You'll glide through clear water channels in traditional mokoro canoes, getting close-up views of hippos, crocs and hundreds of bird species.
