Marcia Nascimento The Switzerland tour was wonderful specially with the two guides we had. Isaac Cohen and Marilia Filgueira went above and beyond making this trip enjoyable and safe. Felipe our driver made sure we were safe on the road with his driving. Dredi the driver who picked me up from the airport sent me a Whatsap message the day before I arrived making sure we could be in touch in the airport. However, I would like to state that few passangers did not follw the instructions about the time to get back to the bus and affected some of the activities we did. Despite this affect from a few passengers the activities scheduled was an amazing + great experience.
SwitzerlandThe entire trip exceeded our expectations. It was well managed, well communicated, well paced, and overall an amazing value for money. All our guides, Marta, Christina, and the two other really fun ones (sorry, I forgot both your names, but I'm extremely forgetful, so that's on me! I just remember that you both have the same birthday apparently!) The hotels exceeded expectations, the transports were on time and as communicated, the activities were well timed and well paced. Although things might seem a bit rushed but that's always a catch when you have limited days to explore entire regions. All in all, I look forward to booking my next tour with Europamundo really soon. PS: shout out to Veronica, with whom we only had a single ride in Prague, but she was extremely kind and pleasant. Makes one feel extremely welcome when the start of the trip goes like that! Thanks all.
