It was the best way to visit part of Europe, the experience was wonderful. I just have one complain and is about the first hotel, the service was terrible. Zero customer service. You should consider chance it, since is the first impression for travelers. Everything else was very nice, the buses, the other hotels, the people on the bus, the cities, etc,

This trip was all that I hoped it would be. Got to see the big cities I've heard about all my life and some of the little secrets each of them hold: special music, events, food. Our trip director, Carl with a C, was superb as was our coach driver Joseph. Best event was probably the visit to a Swiss dairy in the Alps to learn about their lifestyle. Only downside was that a lot of the neat things available on the tour were extra cost. We went ahead and did them, and they were all excellent, glad we participated.
